Kearney Trip!

Nate, Gunnar, Sherry and I met Vanessa, Scottie, and Addison in Kearney for a mini-vacation. Of course, we had to stay at the "famous" Holiday Inn. We did many things together and had a WONDERFUL time. Nate and Scottie hit it off right away with some beer drinking. (Vanessa and I haven't figured out if that's a good thing. :) Addison is such a cutie and sweetheart, Gunnar loved her! We can't wait to do it again.

The archway was amazing!

Family Camp

A couple weekends ago, we headed up to the mountains in Wyoming for our yearly Baker Family Camp. We play this fun "horse racing game"! We have to bet nickels, dimes, and quarters. I think I came home even. :)
Enjoyed riding 4-Wheelers with all our cousins and family.

I miss you!

If Heaven had a phone, I would call. If Heaven had an address, I would send a gift. If Heaven has parties, I hope you have the best Birthday Party ever! Grandma, I miss you everyday! Happy Birthday!

First Day of Preschool!

I'm almost sad to post this! Where does the time go? Gunnar had his first day of preschool today. We are so proud of him, he's such a "little man"!
Gunnar loves his spiderman back-pack.

Gunnar's class size is actually only 10, these are all the students both in Pre-K & 3 & 4 year olds.

Birthdays!

Nate's Birthday was Aug. 14th and mine will be Aug. 20th. We've had a couple visitors to help us celebrate, my mom was here for a couple days and then my father-in-law visited for a night. He's the sweetist guy I know, he made dinner, frosted and decorated this cake. Nate and I sure felt special.
Yes, a letter is missing from my name but who the hell cares at 28 anyway?!
